📦 Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Custom orders may take additional time — you will be notified if applicable.
Shipping Rates & Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays:
RonBeautyAmazement is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
🚚 International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within Canada & the U.S. Please contact us for inquiries about other destinations.
💳 Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of wigs, hair extensions, and beauty products:
❌ All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@ronbeautyamazement.com within 3 days of delivery with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Photos of the item and packaging
✅ A description of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit (if replacement is not possible). Refunds are issued only in cases where neither option is available.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

❌ Hair extensions (bundles, clip-ins, tape-ins, ponytails)
❌ Hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, styling products)
❌ Styling tools & accessories
❌ Sale or promotional items
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after processing or shipping. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
