Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, hair extensions, and beauty products, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items.
2️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect (wrong product or color), please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@ronbeautyamazement.com.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are offered only where replacement is not possible.

Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
5️⃣ Shipping & Return Costs
